My father used to say that you could judge a person’s mental health status by the condition of their finger nails. Save for people who hide their finger nail health through their weekly manis, I agree. A blogger’s mental health has to be one of the easiest things to judge..since we.. put it all out there. When the words are all jumbly, or there are none at all, then Houston, we have a problem. August was a claimed mental health month for me, as you can see with my singular confessional post.
